Is it possible to gain access to the gym before 8 any day. It would be handy to pop in after work especially with training kicking off in the coming weeks.

Also, is there a timetable as to when the astro pitch is in use? I notice it was free this evening from 7. Can adult players use the facility at these times for a bit of light training?
