Under 14  A team had a very competitive challenge match away to Ballymun Kickhams on Sat loosing by a single point. Some good passages of play saw Cluain Tarbh launching attacks from the half back line with good hand passing movements into the full forward line and scoring positions. Excellent performance & work rate from Eamonn Heneghan resulted in Cluain Tarbh dominating much of the midfield play, Good performances from Pearse Adams & Robert Diffley in defence, Robert Reynolds at centre half back and Ronan McDyer up front. A fine 2nd half performance from Niall Terry in the half forwards and delivering two tremendous blocks, an aspect of our game sadly missing in recent times. Well done lads.

Under 13Hurlers Played away against Oliver Plunkets in Phoenix Park. The team lost 1-1 to 3-5. All the damage was done in the first half by a strong Plunketts midfield who scored 2-5 to a point from Clontarf. In the second half Clontarf defence was determined and held Plunkets to a single score. Special mention to James Doyle, Paddy Foley and Sean Brodie and very especially Daniel Patton in goals who had another excellent game saving many goal bound shots.

Under 12  – Hurling weekend.

Under 11 – Great win by the A team over Lucan, following divine intervention by mentor Damien O’Higgins at half time and a superb performances from Luke, Barry, Foxy and Johnny. B team tried hard but went down to the same opposition.

Under 10 – Hurlers won, lost and drew 3 games away to St. Vincents. With the exception of

PJ Ryan’s team, Clontarf were off their best. Good performances from Paddy Smith, Declan Adamson, Diarmuid Brodie and Nathan Doran

Under 9  Hurling weekend

Clontarf 1     Fingallians 9
A spirited performance from Clontarf but we lacked the finishing touch.........this time. The teams were a lot closer than the score suggests.  A special mention for Ciaran McKeon and Fionn Delaney for being so determined and never giving up. Michael Cunningham was our most improved player.

Clontarf 3     Fingallians 8
Niall McCaffrey and Brian Dufficy deserve a mention for their strong performance and Darragh Vickers was our most improved player.
